Panelists will discuss their recent work including the research design process, results from one of the recently completed case studies on ECD scale-up in Macedonia, and the method by which the Initiative and its partners work together to turn research into action and advocacy.

By highlighting existing strengths, expanding upon them, tapping into local people's resilience, imaginations and passions, even in the midst of some of the most desperate and dangerous economic, health and political challenges in the world, the Goromonzi Project has continued to grow and thrive...the glass is not 90% empty...it is 10% full and through hard work, clarity of purpose, intentional expansion and profusion of strengths continues to grow and thrive! Let us tell you more about how we are doing it!

  • By highlighting existing strengths, expanding upon them, tapping into local people's resilience, imaginations and passions, even in the midst of some of the most desperate and dangerous economic, health and political challenges in the world, the Goromonzi Project has continued to grow and thrive in establishing preschools for some of Zimbabwe's most vulnerable children.
  • The success of the Goromonzi Project is based on the power of cross-cultural collaborations and passionate caring for children and continually focusing on the life giving positive core of what exists now as opposed to obstacles and what is missing.
