All guest room rates are exclusive of state and local taxes (currently 4.712%) plus 7.25% transient accommodation tax. A one-time charge of US $6.25 for bellman porterage will be added to each guest's account. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Maximum room occupancy is four persons. Charges for a third or fourth person are US $40.00 per person per night. There is no additional charge for children under 18 years of age when accompanied by a paying adult.

Reservations will be accepted at these rates until September 22, 2008. Reservation requests thereafter will be subject to space and rate availability. Rates are available three days prior and three days following the main conference dates, subject to availability.

A deposit equal to two night's stay is required to hold a guest room reservation. This deposit will serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated and, upon check-in, will be credited to the guest's account. Deposits are fully refundable if a notice of cancellation is received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax charges.
