JohnsonDiversey Children's Initiative
Mission JohnsonDiversey has long been a cutting edge employer when
it comes to work/life balance and community support. With their children's
initiative, JohnsonDiversey has set a goal of having every one of its employees in sixty nations volunteer some time each year in a community school.
History
In 2004 when JohnsonDiversey launched the Children's Initiative, it contracted
with the World Forum Foundation to locate schools serving children under six in
each of the sixty nations where it has offices. In addition, the Foundation assists JohnsonDiversey
in carrying out its annual "Clean Hands around the World Day" when their employees work with schools
around the world to implement a dramatic activity demonstrating the value of hand washing.
