Wanted: Friends of the World Forum

Much of the valuable work of the World Foundation takes place in its Working Groups, which focus on specific issues. We are able to generate some funding to support the work of these groups from sponsors interested in those specific topics. However, a tremendous amount of resources are required to coordinate the work of these Working Groups as well as to fundraise for them.

That is where you come in. By becoming a Friend of the World Forum and pledging to make a tax deductible contribution from $75 to $200 per month for up to three years, you provide core support to make everything possible. As a Friend of the World Forum, you will be able to take pride in all the work of the World Forum. In addition, you will enjoy these benefits...

• The President's Letter – twice a year you will receive a letter from the President of the World Forum Foundation summarizing current and planned activities of the Foundation. Each letter will include a link to a private online survey where we will seek your guidance on planned activities.
• Guaranteed Space – you will be guaranteed a space at one World Forum event per year of your choice and you will receive a 25% discount off the regular registration fee for that event.

• Virtual World Forum – you will be invited to participate in the development of the world’s first “24-Hour Virtual World Forum on Early Care and Education”. Plans call for one World Forum representative from every time zone to participate in a one-hour web presentation and discussion.
• Travel Connections – when you travel outside your country, the World Forum Foundation will connect you with a World Forum participant in up to two countries to give your visit a more personal, and at the same time, more professional dimension.
• Fancy Certificate – you will get one for your wall.
• World Fame – you will be listed as a valued Friend of the World Forum on the World Forum web site (optional).
