International Step by Step Annual Conference
with World Forum Foundation and Global Leaders for Young Children The World Forum Foundation is pleased to co-sponsor the 9th Annual conference of ISSA, a Soros-funded network of organizations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, working to make quality early childhood education and the teaching of democratic practices accessible to all children.
