Earthquake and Oil Spill Fund
In October, Nature Action Teams from 30 nations will be coming to the Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska to secure tools and training for launching campaigns to connect 3 million children with nature. Two new teams have just been organized in Haiti and Louisiana.
The World Forum Foundation is appealing for donations to support the work of these two Nature Action Teams. Bright Horizons Family Solutions and Danya International, Inc. have generously agreed to match every contribution, providing two additional dollars for each dollar donated. That means for each dollar you give, three dollars will be contributed to the team you select. All donations are tax deductible.
In Haiti, World Forum National Representative Caroline Hudicourt has organized a Nature Action Team including school owners, landscape designers and environmentalists who have been actively involved in reforestation and reforestation training initiatives.
